365 Days of Gratitude Challenge

Happy New Year and Good Day!   Whew what a year it was in 2017. Its now time to put that all behind us. As I sit here listening to some amazing music and meditate. I feel that 2018 will be an amazing year. I’m swept with this most high vibrational energy that is like no other. I feel more grounded then ever in my life right now. It has been a long journey to get here. I had to learn a lot of lessons and sometimes I had to learn them more then once. One of the greatest lessons I have learned in taking back control of my life is gratitude. So many times, we take for granted the trivial things in our life. We become focused on the big picture of things. We become consumed by our thoughts and ideas of how things should work and be perceive by others. It causes conflict in our soul, gut and life. A lot of negative emotions we get caught up in will and can cause us to become physically sick and mentally sick. Its time to stop all that and cut the cords to the crap. You need to say, “I no longer want to be controlled by my negative emotions and those of others.” Start the new year off with this simple daily challenge. For the next 365 days write down what 5 things your grateful for in a journal and then post it on Facebook. This will then in turn shift your focus and energy in the right direction. You’re also telling the universe that your grateful for all the things it has brought you. Once you start doing this you will start seeing a shift in your life. It only takes 5 minutes to do this. If your willing to take five minutes out of your life to focus on what you’re grateful for you then will be amazed on how things will drastically change in your life. Gratitude and service are the key steps in the universe and the Laws of Attraction. Everything happens because we put a thought out into the universe that then manifest into something positive or negative in our life.
